AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN HOUSING IN THE TOWN OF LINCOLN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. The exemption in subsections 6 and 7 of section 4 of chapter 151B of the General Laws for residence in communities consisting of structures constructed expressly for use as housing for persons 55 years of age or older on 1 parcel or on contiguous parcels of land totaling at least 5 acres in size shall apply to structures constructed expressly for use as housing for persons 55 years of age or older at 82 Virginia Road, comprised of Block 3, Lot 0 of Map 5, in the town of Lincoln, notwithstanding the failure of the parcel or parcels to contain at least 5 acres of land.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
