AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SOUTH HADLEY TO PAY CERTAIN UNPAID BILLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The treasurer of the town of South Hadley may pay Meadowbrook Golf for the management services provided to the Ledges Golf Course in the town of South Hadley, notwithstanding the failure of the town to comply with the laws relative to procurement and competitive bidding in the awarding of the contract, or take any action relative thereto.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
