AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE SANDWICH ECONOMIC INITIATIVE CORPORATION
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Chapter 70 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out section 20 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 20. The corporation may upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of its members, or town meeting may by a two-thirds vote, petition for the corporation's dissolution by order of the supreme judicial court, in the manner provided in section 11A of chapter 180 of the General Laws.
