AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF BOLTON AS THE HAROLD E. BROWN JR. MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to further regulate simulcasting forthwith, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

The bridge on interstate highway route 495 spanning route 117 in the town of Bolton shall be designated and known as the Harold E. Brown Jr. Memorial Bridge in honor of the late Harold E.
