AN ACT RELATIVE TO ELECTING WATER COMMISSIONERS IN THE TOWN OF HARVARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Notwithstanding section 69A of chapter 41 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the town of Harvard may change the manner in which their water commissioners are selected from election by ballot to appointment by the board of selectmen of the town.
