AN ACT DESIGNATING A PORTION OF ROUTE 9 FROM THE CITY OF NORTHAMPTON TO THE CITY OF PITTSFIELD AS THE MARINE CORPS LEAGUE HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 498 of the acts of 1960 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The portion of state highway route 9 from the city of Northampton to the city of Pittsfield shall be known and designated as the Marine Corps League Highway. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with applicable state and federal standards.
