AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE GREATER HAVERHILL FOUNDATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 587 of the acts of 1964 is hereby amended by striking out section 15 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 15. The period of duration of the corporation shall be 100 years; provided, however, the stockholders may dissolve the corporation before the expiration of said period as provided in section 16.
