AN ACT RELATIVE TO LABOR RELATIONS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as amended by section 110 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, employee and employee exchange of tours shall be governed by this chapter.
