AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE WAREHAM FIRE DISTRICT TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of the Wareham Fire District may pay an unpaid bill incurred by the district for the installation of water lines in and around Sandwich road in the town of Wareham from available funds to the town of Wareham; provided, however, that the sum shall not exceed $210,000.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
