AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE A-B-C STORMWATER FLOODING BOARD
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the continuation of the environmental joint powers agreement that created the A-B-C Stormwater Flooding Board, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 146 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 5 and 16, the figure “2017” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- 2022.
