AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF EASTHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection N of section C9-5 of the charter of the town of Eastham, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the words “The Capital Projects Committee shall consist of three voting members and other nonvoting members, as follows: (1) A selectman, to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen (voting member)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- The Capital Projects Committee shall consist of 5 voting members and other nonvoting members, as follows:
(1) a selectman and 2 at-large members, to be appointed by the board of selectmen who shall be voting members.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
