AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE BUZZARDS BAY WATER DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 9 of chapter 145 of the acts of 1937, as amended by section 4 of chapter 92 of the acts of 1998, is hereby further amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The board of water commissioners shall consist of 5 members to be elected for 3 year terms, so arranged that as nearly an equal number of terms as is possible shall expire each year.
