AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN EXIT ON STATE ROUTE 18 AS THE GIAMMALVO FAMILY MEMORIAL EXIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Weld street exit on state Route 18 in the city of New Bedford shall be known and designated as the Giammalvo Family Memorial Exit. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
