AN ACT RELATIVE TO REGIONAL TOURISM COUNCIL GRANT DISTRIBUTION
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith regional tourism council grant distribution, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Grants from the amounts collected pursuant to subsection (a) of section 13T of chapter 23A of the General Laws allocated to regional tourism councils pursuant to clause (ii) of subsection (d) of said section 13T of said chapter 23A for fiscal year 2021 shall be distributed not later than February 1, 2021.
