AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE TEMPORARY EXTENSION OF SEASONAL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSES IN THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Gloucester may extend the issuance of seasonal licenses authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises pursuant to section 12 of chapter 138 of the General Laws from January 16, 2021 to March 31, 2021, inclusive.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Gloucester may extend the issuance of seasonal licenses authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises pursuant to section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws from January 16, 2021 to March 31, 2021, inclusive.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
