AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WELLESLEY TO GRANT CERTAIN LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 25 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the words “with seating capacities of 50 or more”.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of said chapter 25 is hereby amended by striking out the words “with seating capacities of 50 or more”.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
