AN ACT REMOVING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERS OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION IN THE CITY OF LYNN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 167 of the acts of 1999 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words “whose members shall be residents of the city”.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
