AN ACT CHANGING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE INSURANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE TOWN OF MILFORD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 32B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, there shall be in the town of Milford an insurance advisory committee comprised of: 7 members who shall be duly elected or appointed by organizations of the employees affected; 1 person who shall be a retiree of a governmental unit who shall be duly appointed by the appropriate public authority; and 1 member who shall be a non-union employee of the town who shall be duly elected or appointed by the affected non-union employees of the town.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
