AN ACT REMOVING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR THE WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION IN THE CITY OF LYNN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 381 of the acts of 1982 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 12 and 13, the words “, each of whom shall be a resident of the city”.
SECTION 2. Section 4 of said chapter 381 is hereby amended by striking out the sixth paragraph.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
