AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF CLINTON TO ACCEPT CERTAIN STREETS AS PUBLIC WAYS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding section 23 of chapter 82 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Clinton may accept the following streets and portions of streets as public ways: Ash street; Benefit street; Candice street; Clamshell road; Forest street; Francis street; Lane avenue; Liberty street; Mayflower drive; McMahon avenue; Milton avenue; Myles Standish road; Oak court; Richardson place; Rigby place; Ring street; Robert street extension; South Meadow road; Spring street; Walden terrace; West Boylston street; Doggett lane; Fuller street; Gabby lane; Leighton avenue; Berlin street - .101 miles; Eileen avenue - .246 miles; Lorraine avenue - .034 miles; Sterling street - .041 miles; Willow street - .348 miles; and Worcester street - .124 miles.
