AN ACT CHANGING THE TERM OF THE ELECTED OFFICE OF MODERATOR IN THE TOWN OF STONEHAM
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14 of chapter 26 of the acts of 1981, as appearing in section 4 of chapter 296 of the acts of 1994, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “2 yrs” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 3 years.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
