AN ACT DESIGNATING A PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 41 IN THE TOWN OF WEST STOCKBRIDGE AS THE GENE DELLEA HIGHWAY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The portion of state highway route 41 in the town of West Stockbridge beginning at mile marker 23 and ending at mile marker 24 shall be designated and known as the Gene Dellea highway. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers along state highway route 41 bearing the designation in accordance with the standards of the department.
