AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTINUANCE OF THE TOWN OF HINGHAM'S SENIOR MEANS-TESTED PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 381 of the acts of 2020 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of January 15, 2024.
