AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE AUBURN WATER DISTRICT CLERK AND TREASURER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The fourth sentence of section 10 of chapter 585 of the acts of 1947, as amended by section 1 of chapter 150 of the acts of 1981, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “elect by ballot a” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- appoint, by a majority vote at an annual district meeting or at such time as needed, a.
