AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MOHAWK TRAIL WOODLANDS PARTNERSHIP TO THE WOODLANDS PARTNERSHIP OF NORTHWEST MASSACHUSETTS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 89 of chapter 209 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Mohawk Trail Woodlands Partnership”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts.
SECTION 2. Said section 89 of said chapter 209 is hereby further amended by striking out the words “Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts.
SECTION 3. Section 91 of said chapter 209 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Mohawk Trail Woodlands Partnership”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts.
SECTION 4. Chapter 279 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts.
