Upon retirement from the position of lieutenant, George Kenneth Collette shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that to which he would have been entitled had he retired upon reaching the age of 65.
SECTION 2. This act shall not entitle George Kenneth Collette to remain in service to the town of West Brookfield if otherwise removed or suspended from office in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
