AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME FOR ISSUING CERTAIN LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES IN THE TOWN OF HANOVER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 1 of chapter 162 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “within 3 years after the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- not later than August 20, 2026.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
