AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DRACUT WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT TO SUPPLY AND SELL WATER TO CERTAIN CUSTOMERS IN THE TOWN OF DRACUT
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Dracut Water Supply District established in section 1 of chapter 433 of the acts of 1905 may supply and sell water to the Kenwood water department in the town of Dracut.
