Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a limit on the delivery charges imposed by third-party vendors on certain restaurants and other food or beverage service establishments during the governor’s COVID-19 emergency declaration, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
