AN ACT TO PROHIBIT HUNTING ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION AND LOCATED AT 28A UNION TURNPIKE IN THE TOWN OF CONCORD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

No person shall discharge a firearm, hunt or in any manner molest or destroy any bird or mammal on the property owned by the department of correction located at 28A Union turnpike in the town of Concord. A violation of this act shall be punishable under section 90 of chapter 131 of the General Laws. The department of correction shall erect and maintain suitable signage at 28A Union turnpike in the town of Concord to provide notice to the public of the prohibition established under this act.
